Phonephanh Bactista
Head of Marketing
Phonephanh Bactista was born in Vientiane, Laos, and raised in Oregon. While balancing life as a full-time mother of four, she earned a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo and became an instructor. She also built a career in the tech industry and gained valuable experience in banking. Phonephanh co-founded H & P with her husband and partner, Ryan, embarking on a rewarding journey of growth and learning. Her passion for investing in multifamily real estate drives her to help others and inspires her to think bigger about the future.
Ryan Bactista
Creative Director
Ryan Bactista is a managing partner for Ha’aheo & Pono Partners. Ryan has over 20+ years of working in Big Tech. He has a large amount of experience in data analysis and modeling, as well as building and refining procedural and operational systems.
Growing up in Hawaii, Ryan yearned for bigger things which led to Multifamily Real Estate investing. Utilizing Ha’aheo (Pride) and Pono (Strong moral ethics, righteousness), he drives to provide value to investors so they can also invest with pride.
Ryan started H&P Partners with Phonephanh who is also his wife.
